So, what's wrong with him learning new skills after he just fought? In a real right, enemies(especially "monsters") wont give him a break no matter how hard a battle he just fought. Most will even wait until their prey is fatigued or exhaust them before going in for the kill. Any good martial artist knows that endurance is key in most fights.
What's up with these translations? Even if it wasn't great before, it seems to have dropped down to some 10 year old's level... if that 10 year old played video games 5 hours a day. Seeing things like "warcraft" instead of warrior, "two monsters" instead of second stage/level two monster.
